At 16, I participated in my first course on mediumship and energy healing. Since then, countless training courses and further education programs, meditation retreats, and my daily practice have followed . We begin with a conversation to explore where your current needs lie.
Various techniques may be applied, such as breathing practices, meditations, visualizations, affirmations, yoga or other body-based exercises, and different methods for emotional balance.
You will also receive a personalized Energy Healing session to support and complete your process.
Because Holistic Energy Coaching initiates an ongoing inner process, I have found it beneficial to gift yourself at least three sessions. Between sessions, you can practice selected exercises so your process continues to unfold naturally in everyday life.
